Oysters & Gin brings together the finest seafood, contemporary mixology, and gourmet cuisine for an exclusive evening set against the enchanting backdrop of Vinilia Castle.

The event will begin with a guided oyster-tasting journey in collaboration with Oyster Oasis and Mare Gioioso, specialists in oyster farming and the selection of premium varieties from different regions. Each guest will enjoy a tasting of three different oyster varieties, included in the experience, discovering their unique characteristics, textures, and flavor profiles.

Accompanying the tasting will be Joe Bar, presenting an exclusive gin-pairing experience. Through signature cocktails and carefully crafted pairings designed to enhance each tasting, along with engaging live mixology performances, gin will become the thread that ties the entire evening together.

The evening will continue with a seated dinner, where each course has been created to establish a harmonious dialogue between the flavors of the sea and the botanicals of gin. Every dish will be paired with a dedicated gin creation by Joe Bar, carefully designed to enhance its aromas, texture, and balance.
